Realistic lead times, confirmed before you commit
Networking: 4–8 weeks. Servers and storage: 6–10 weeks. NVIDIA datacenter tier: 12–20 weeks subject to allocation and configuration. We confirm the realistic timeline at quote stage, before contract — so you can promise your client a date you can actually hit. Zero overpromising; if a configuration can't be sourced on time, we say so upfront.
Genuine hardware, full provenance trail
New, sealed, in original manufacturer or OEM packaging. Every shipment ships with provenance documentation as part of the standard contract: distributor of record, country of dispatch, manufacturer serial numbers, applicable export-control classification. Your client's compliance team gets the audit trail they need, with no friction at acceptance.
RMA goes through us, not through you
When something fails under warranty, your team doesn't manage the manufacturer paperwork. You raise the RMA with us; we coordinate with the vendor or OEM, ship replacements where needed, and handle re-import logistics. Warranty terms are documented per shipment before contract, so there are no surprises eighteen months in.
